The first of December: SNOW, GIFTS and HAPPINESS!

Yesterday I told my friend IA that I wished for snow and minus degrees in December. It had actually started snowing that day, but the temperature was a bit high for the powdery delightfulness to last. But this morning, it was -10 in Brumunddal, and a white wonderland to behold! I'm SO ready to go out and play, and our snowy dog Oluf too! He loves the snow more than anyone; the best thing ever is to roll around in it and be in a total state of bliss (^.^)

I'm such a sucker for Xmas, I love everything about it! The sound of footsteps in the snow, dark evenings lit up by xmas-lights, making your loved ones happy with small gifts and gatherings....ahhh, bliss!
And lately, Ronny has been veeery sneaky. Definitely up to something! And you know what it was? He has made a Christmas present calendar for me! And I did'nt have a clue, at all!
It's a mix of personal notes (filled with his amazingly beautiful handwriting and lots of stickers!), gifts he has made and gifts he has bought. Amagad, I'm the LUCKIEST girl ever!

We are doing a bit more planning on our Pierats-trip everyday (Travelling and Xmas-preparations, how good can it be?), and today we're going to Oslo, to Dykkersport, a shop that sells scuba gear. Since Ronny has been diving before, he has most of the equipment. But I have nothing, and wanna have a look of what's out there. Of course, cruising around in the Caribbean and Sentral America will give tons of opportunities to shop for gear, but I need to be sure I have a mask of good quality. I'm looking for a design that leaves  minimum air space inside the mask, which make compensation more easy, taking very little air from the lungs. And of course, the visibility has to be pree-tty perfect, since we're going to see all the amazing fishies!

Oh, I can hardly wait. I'll probably have grown gills and fins by the time we're heading back to Norway (^_^)
Now it's time for a creamy, foamy Latte and a sweet chocolate Santa (from my calendar) before I'm up for todays morning meeting. Happy happy day!
